Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, YWHAEP3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated YWHAEP3 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher YWHAEP3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated YWHAEP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.
LUSC, SKCM, and BLCA are the cancer types where YWHAEP3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
