Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, YWHAE Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated YWHAE data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher YWHAE Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated YWHAE expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

OV, STAD, and LGG are the cancer types where YWHAE Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
