YWHAB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YWHAB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,537 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YWHAB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STAU1, CRELD2, and SEC11C. Each is linked with YWHAB in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YWHAB-to-partner and partner-to-YWHAB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YWHAB versus STAU1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YWHAB→partner) and Y-score (partner→YWHAB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
