YWHAB

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YWHAB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,663 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YWHAB-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERINC3, ELMO2, and BLCAP. Each is linked with YWHAB in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YWHAB-to-partner and partner-to-YWHAB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YWHAB versus SERINC3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YWHAB→partner) and Y-score (partner→YWHAB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
