YPEL4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YPEL4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,485 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YPEL4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACBD3, SEC23B, and TBC1D2B. Each is linked with YPEL4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YPEL4-to-partner and partner-to-YPEL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YPEL4 versus ACBD3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YPEL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→YPEL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
