Across TCGA patient cohorts, YPEL4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 168 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YPEL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are HHATL, SEC14L5, and PDAP1. Each is linked with YPEL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YPEL4-to-partner and partner-to-YPEL4 results are reported.
