Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, YPEL4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 634 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible YPEL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA31A5, MAP3K4-AS1, and TBC1D3J. Each is linked with YPEL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YPEL4-to-partner and partner-to-YPEL4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPATA31A5 grouped by YPEL4-low versus YPEL4-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YPEL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→YPEL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
