Across TCGA cell cohorts, YPEL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,196 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YPEL3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Flagellated sperm motility, Autophagosome maturation, and Sperm motility. Each is linked with YPEL3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YPEL3-to-partner and partner-to-YPEL3 results are reported.
