YPEL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YPEL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,468 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YPEL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCN1P2, DLGAP1-AS4, and MIR98. Each is linked with YPEL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YPEL2-to-partner and partner-to-YPEL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LCN1P2 grouped by YPEL2-low versus YPEL2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YPEL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→YPEL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
