YLPM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YLPM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,535 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YLPM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMG20B, TIPIN, and OIP5. Each is linked with YLPM1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YLPM1-to-partner and partner-to-YLPM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMG20B grouped by YLPM1-low versus YLPM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YLPM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→YLPM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
