Across TCGA cell cohorts, YLPM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,032 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YLPM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Heterochromatin formation, Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic, and RNA export from nucleus. Each is linked with YLPM1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YLPM1-to-partner and partner-to-YLPM1 results are reported.
