YLPM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, YLPM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 868 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YLPM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAS2R9, RXFP3, and OOSP2. Each is linked with YLPM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YLPM1-to-partner and partner-to-YLPM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAS2R9 grouped by YLPM1-low versus YLPM1-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YLPM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→YLPM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
