YKT6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YKT6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,630 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YKT6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GARS1, NUDCD3, and ANLN. Each is linked with YKT6 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YKT6-to-partner and partner-to-YKT6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YKT6 versus GARS1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YKT6→partner) and Y-score (partner→YKT6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
