Across TCGA cell cohorts, YKT6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,607 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YKT6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are 2-oxoglutarate decarboxylation to succinyl-CoA, Endosomal transport, and Retrograde transport, endosome to Golgi. Each is linked with YKT6 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YKT6-to-partner and partner-to-YKT6 results are reported.
