Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, YIPF6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated YIPF6 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher YIPF6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated YIPF6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PRAD, BRCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where YIPF6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
