Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, YIPF6 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated YIPF6 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher YIPF6 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated YIPF6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and COAD show a favorable association.

HNSC, CCRCC, and GBM are the cancer types where YIPF6 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
