Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, YIPF6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,521 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible YIPF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8060, IGHV3OR16-8, and CCL5. Each is linked with YIPF6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YIPF6-to-partner and partner-to-YIPF6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8060 grouped by YIPF6-low versus YIPF6-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YIPF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→YIPF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
