Across TCGA cell cohorts, YIPF6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,483 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible YIPF6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi vesicle transport, Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, and Regulation of post-translational protein modification. Each is linked with YIPF6 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YIPF6-to-partner and partner-to-YIPF6 results are reported.
