Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, YIPF1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated YIPF1 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher YIPF1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated YIPF1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC and LIHC are the cancer types where YIPF1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
