Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, YIPF1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated YIPF1 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher YIPF1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated YIPF1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and PDAC show a favorable association.
GBM, LUAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where YIPF1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
