YIPF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YIPF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,428 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YIPF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCP2, RPS6KA1, and SEC23B. Each is linked with YIPF1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YIPF1-to-partner and partner-to-YIPF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YIPF1 versus SCP2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YIPF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→YIPF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
