YIPF1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YIPF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,889 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YIPF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMC5, PCID2, and GPR161. Each is linked with YIPF1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YIPF1-to-partner and partner-to-YIPF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YIPF1 versus TMC5 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YIPF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→YIPF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
