Across TCGA cell cohorts, YIPF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,840 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YIPF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Process utilizing autophagic mechanism, Autophagy, and Macroautophagy. Each is linked with YIPF1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YIPF1-to-partner and partner-to-YIPF1 results are reported.
