Across TCGA patient cohorts, YEATS4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,799 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YEATS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMPO, ESPL1, and TMEM97. Each is linked with YEATS4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YEATS4-to-partner and partner-to-YEATS4 results are reported.
