YEATS4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YEATS4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 141 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YEATS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGBD4P2, INO80B-WBP1, and ASS1P7. Each is linked with YEATS4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YEATS4-to-partner and partner-to-YEATS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PGBD4P2 grouped by YEATS4-low versus YEATS4-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YEATS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→YEATS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
