Across TCGA cell cohorts, YEATS4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,128 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible YEATS4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Antigen processing and presentation of peptide antigen via MHC class I, Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous antigen, and Positive regulation of mitochondrial ATP synthesis coupled electron transport. Each is linked with YEATS4 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YEATS4-to-partner and partner-to-YEATS4 results are reported.
