YDJC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YDJC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,408 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YDJC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FER, RNF20, and PES1. Each is linked with YDJC in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YDJC-to-partner and partner-to-YDJC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YDJC versus FER in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YDJC→partner) and Y-score (partner→YDJC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
