Across TCGA patient cohorts, YDJC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,222 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible YDJC-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNMT3B, UHRF1BP1L, and PEX7. Each is linked with YDJC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YDJC-to-partner and partner-to-YDJC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YDJC versus DNMT3B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.
