The most reproducible YDJC-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNMT3B, UHRF1BP1L, and PEX7. Each is linked with YDJC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YDJC-to-partner and partner-to-YDJC results are reported.
