Across TCGA cell cohorts, YDJC RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,547 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible YDJC-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial potassium ion transmembrane transport, Interleukin-34-mediated signaling pathway, and Cytoplasm protein quality control by the ubiquitin-proteasome system. Each is linked with YDJC in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YDJC-to-partner and partner-to-YDJC results are reported.
