YBX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YBX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,580 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YBX1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PURA, NRDC, and CDC20_T70. Each is linked with YBX1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YBX1-to-partner and partner-to-YBX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YBX1 versus PURA in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YBX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→YBX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
