YARS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YARS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,309 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YARS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNM1L, WDR12, and UTP4. Each is linked with YARS2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YARS2-to-partner and partner-to-YARS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YARS2 versus DNM1L in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YARS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→YARS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
