YAE1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YAE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,796 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YAE1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PURB, NUDCD3, and UNC13D. Each is linked with YAE1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YAE1-to-partner and partner-to-YAE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YAE1 versus PURB in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YAE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→YAE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
