YAE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YAE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 168 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YAE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP424, MIR4773-1, and RNU4-26P. Each is linked with YAE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YAE1-to-partner and partner-to-YAE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP424 grouped by YAE1-low versus YAE1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YAE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→YAE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
