The most reproducible YAE1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Aerobic electron transport chain, Positive regulation of chromosome organization, and rRNA 2'-O-methylation. Each is linked with YAE1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YAE1-to-partner and partner-to-YAE1 results are reported.
