YAE1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, YAE1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,004 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YAE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZYG11B, SSH1, and FAM222B. Each is linked with YAE1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YAE1-to-partner and partner-to-YAE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YAE1 versus ZYG11B in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of -0.68.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YAE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→YAE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
