Across TCGA patient cohorts, XYLB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,418 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XYLB-associated genes across cancer lineages are PMM2P1, BTBD6, and CISD3. Each is linked with XYLB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XYLB-to-partner and partner-to-XYLB results are reported.
