Across TCGA patient cohorts, XYLB mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XYLB-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH2, 14-3-3_beta, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with XYLB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XYLB-to-partner and partner-to-XYLB results are reported.
