Across TCGA cell cohorts, XYLB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,730 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XYLB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are IMP biosynthetic process, Regulation of centriole-centriole cohesion, and DNA replication. Each is linked with XYLB in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XYLB-to-partner and partner-to-XYLB results are reported.
