Across TCGA cell cohorts, XYLB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,649 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XYLB-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCAF1, CDHR2, and SLC30A5. Each is linked with XYLB in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XYLB-to-partner and partner-to-XYLB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XYLB versus TCAF1 in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
