Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, XYLB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 112 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XYLB-associated genes across cancer lineages are FABP9, ACOT6, and DBX2. Each is linked with XYLB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XYLB-to-partner and partner-to-XYLB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FABP9 grouped by XYLB-low versus XYLB-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XYLB→partner) and Y-score (partner→XYLB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
