XRN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XRN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,530 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XRN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRMT6, TRMT61A, and MSH2. Each is linked with XRN2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XRN2-to-partner and partner-to-XRN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XRN2 versus TRMT6 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XRN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→XRN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
