Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, XRN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,138 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XRN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MGME1, MCM8, and TRMT6. Each is linked with XRN2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XRN2-to-partner and partner-to-XRN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XRN2 versus MGME1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XRN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→XRN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
