XRN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XRN2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XRN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, Cyclin-E2, and eIF4E. Each is linked with XRN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XRN2-to-partner and partner-to-XRN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by XRN2-low versus XRN2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XRN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→XRN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
