XRN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, XRN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,329 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XRN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR9G1, SLC22A24, and WFDC6. Each is linked with XRN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XRN2-to-partner and partner-to-XRN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR9G1 grouped by XRN2-low versus XRN2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XRN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→XRN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
