XRN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XRN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,096 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XRN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARP9, STAT1, and PSMB7. Each is linked with XRN1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XRN1-to-partner and partner-to-XRN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XRN1 versus PARP9 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XRN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→XRN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
