Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, XRCC6P3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated XRCC6P3 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher XRCC6P3 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated XRCC6P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and READ show a favorable association.
UVM, SKCM, and READ are the cancer types where XRCC6P3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
