Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, XRCC6P3 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 5 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of XRCC6P3’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where XRCC6P3 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types XRCC6P3 is over-expressed in tumor.

COAD, HNSC, and LUAD are the cancer types where XRCC6P3 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
