XRCC5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XRCC5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,856 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XRCC5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCL, ORC2, and ATIC. Each is linked with XRCC5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XRCC5-to-partner and partner-to-XRCC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XRCC5 versus NCL in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XRCC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→XRCC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
