XRCC5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, XRCC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XRCC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TECRL, OR10G2, and CRYBB3. Each is linked with XRCC5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XRCC5-to-partner and partner-to-XRCC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TECRL grouped by XRCC5-low versus XRCC5-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XRCC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→XRCC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
