Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, XRCC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,772 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XRCC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAU2P1, RNU6-1213P, and WDR82P2. Each is linked with XRCC4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XRCC4-to-partner and partner-to-XRCC4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STAU2P1 grouped by XRCC4-low versus XRCC4-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XRCC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→XRCC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
